Beautiful lot of 9 vintage/antique Catholic religious medals, mostly depicting the Blessed Virgin Mary in her many devotions. Included are several Miraculous Medal variants (Our Lady of Grace, “O Mary conceived without sin,” including one dated 1830 and one with pink enamel rose détails on a blue enamel ground), a Sacred Heart of Mary medal, a scalloped Our Lady of Mount Carmel medal in Latin, a flower-shaped St. Therese of the Child Jesus medal, and a flower-shaped medal reading “I Will Spend My Heaven Doing Good Upon Earth” — a phrase associated with St. Thérèse of Lisieux. Mediums include silver-tone, gold-tone, and brass/bronze finishes, with mixed condition consistent with age — tarnishing, patina, and wear from devotional use. Sizes range from about 0.5” to 1.25”.
