Antique Vintage Turkish Hammered Copper Vase Carafe Zaman Bursa TB17 Turkey. Approximately 29 cm (or 11.25") tall. Marked on the bottom ZAMAN BURSA TB17 with some uncertain text below. Bursa most certainly refers to the city in Turkey, although I have been unable to identify this mark exactly. A similar piece had a mark saying KONUK BURSA, so whatever the Konuk means, the Zaman on this piece likely means something similar. My best guess is from the 1920s, although it could be anywhere from 1900-1939. Has one large dent on the side, but otherwisein decent condition for its age. A fascinating addition to any collection.
