Antique Wilson's Iron-Like Ground-Color Paint Cincinnati OH Paper Label One Pint For Sale

The product is an antique can of Wilson's Ground-Color Paint, featuring a No. 43 Flat Yellow color and a paper label. The can was created in the 1900s, (specifically from my research I believe between 1905 and sometime in the 1930s). This was made by the Wilson Paint & Glass Co that was located at 552 Main Street, Cincinnati, OH. The paint was used and there is still some that remains inside, but I believe it was left on a shelf on its side, and the paint has hardened on the inside side of the can because it feels really lopsided with the weight distribution. This is a one pint can and measures almost 4" tall and almost 3.5" in diameter. Due to it having significant amount of the contents still inside albeit dried, this can weighs nearly a pound at 13.8 oz. The paper label is intact but does have some wear and staining. This original advertising collectible is a piece of baking and food history, making it a unique addition to any collection related to baking powder or vintage advertising.
