Large 0.5 liter pottery stein featuring detailed raised-relief Tyrolean scenes based on the work of artist Franz Defregger. Finished in a limited-color palette with cream, blue-green and brown accents.
Features an ornate pewter lid and thumb lift, molded decorative handle, and impressed/model number 406.
Dates to approximately the turn of the 20th century. Dümler & Breiden produced this design by the early 1900s.
