Antique pair of signed 19th century Continental pewter candlesticks For Sale

On offer is a handsome pair of 19th century pewter candlesticks, possibly German, measuring about 6.5 inches tall, with a base diameter of about 3.75 inches. Each has a mark on the underside of the base showing the letters “A.T.K.” and depicting what appears to be winged cherub holding a flag and a horn. Each has a removable bobeche. Each candlestick weighs about 11 ounces.

As shown in the photos, overall condition is good, with the expected age-related wear. One candlestick has a small dent on the stem, one bobeche has a small marginal crack, and the bases are slightly out of round.
