Offered is an original vintage canvas bank deposit bag from The Lincoln National Bank of Chelsea, Massachusetts, featuring a striking portrait of Abraham Lincoln in an ornate decorative cartouche.

Constructed from heavy-duty olive-drab canvas, this bag was produced for daily banking operations and retains its original braided drawstring with green painted turned wooden end caps, a feature often lost or replaced.

The FDIC inscription dates the bag to after 1933, while the Lincoln National Bank name places its use before the bank merged into Commonwealth National Bank of Boston in late 1967, making this an authentic piece from the 1934–1967 period.
