Lot of 3 cards and one postcard that were presented to my grandmother and her parents upon her birth in 1932. Three of the four were made by Rust Craft and the 4th (the postcard) is unmarked. The three Rust Craft cards are made of vellum and are adorned with silver embossing. The postcard is embossed with gold and has an interesting, almost holographic, silver sheen covering the background. Adorable illustrations, rich pastel colors, and nifty art deco style aspects abound. Perfect for collectors of vintage greeting cards, baby ephemera, or art deco design and for art projects and scrapbooks. The vellum cards are in excellent vintage condition without visible flaws and the postcard is in good vintage condition with some slight discoloration, light wear to gold border, and softened corners. No rips, creases, or tears. I’m not sure if the vellum was originally dimpled or flat, but it’s bumpy now. They have all been signed. Measurements:
