Beautiful Antique embossed aqua CD 187 glass mine insulator. Pat’d Nov 23, 1886. This insulator was designed to allow a double ended pin through the cross arm to mount an insulator on top and one underneath as a transposition. The dark bluish aqua color is beautiful and these are hard to find. Please see all photos for best description. It is generally in good shape. It has the typical roughness in the bottom pin hole. It is about 2 3/8 inches tall and 2 1/2 inches wide. No cracks and just a small shallow 1/4 inch chip on the bottom of the front. Please ask if you need more photos.
