The booklet acts as an instructional guide for performing close-up magic using a specialized adhesive accessory. [1, 2, 3, 4]What is Wiztax?“Wiztax ~ an adhesive tape this is sticky on both sides yet leaves no signs of itself when removed.” as noted by Vanishing Inc. Magic. In modern terms, it is simply double-sided tape or a similar pressure-sensitive adhesive. When the booklet was originally sold, it included a small 2-inch by 3-inch sample of the adhesive stapled to the back cover. [1, 2]Core Features of the Booklet

• Magic Utility: The text teaches magicians how to use the secret adhesive instead of, or alongside, traditional sleight of hand.
• Clean Displays: It allows a performer to cleanly show their hands completely empty after a vanish.
• Diverse Effects: It contains 20 distinct routines utilizing everyday close-up props.
• Prop Types: Routines primarily focus on coins and playing cards, but also include silks, cigarettes, thimbles, and billets. [1, 2]

Types of Routines TaughtThe book covers several foundational utility methods that can be adapted to a variety of presentations:

• Vanishes: Making a coin or a card completely disappear from thin air.
• Productions: Creating a silk or a cigarette seemingly out of nothing.
