This is an antique rare Pitcher (please read condition) see pictures.
Meaures: 8-1/2" tall
This is the "Irma" pattern Jug by Pairpoint. Very cool blow out shape blank with large hobstars coming out of the sides.
Authentic American brilliant period cut glass from around 1870-1920.
condition: This has damage, there is a large chip next to the handle that caused the top area of the handle to fracture as well, but it appears attached for now. There is a couple small chips around the rim and spout that hide well. I would not handle this by the handle- this may display well but not exactly great for use unless you wanted to use it for flowers like a vase which I've seen people do, it gives the pretty pitchers a new life when damaged around the top rim. This would be a great candidate for a useful Returns/Refunds Policy*...Please Note that we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer's remorse. This is for 2 reasons- I provide photos of the exact items and not stock pictures so you can always see the exact item you will get. Also all of our sales are "Free Shipping" to our buyers, but I still have to buy postage and it is expensive! I cant give full refunds on items when I cant get refunds on my shipping cost. *Damaged in shipment*... All of my items are insured against damage in transit, I pay extra for this! Do not ship items back for damage because this voids an insurance claim. Partial losses are paid as such by USPS/FEDEX, we don't refund 10 glasses because 1 broke and neither do they. All insurance claims are filed online now & there may be a delay in how long it takes the Shipper to process the refund, also USPS claims may require items to be physically taken the post office for inspection should they ask for them- We must have photos of the damaged item and the damage to the exterior of the box to process claims online, so you will need to be able to send us digital photos.
*Items lost in shipment or not received*... If they are lost in transit, we will be required to wait the specified time by the shipper to file the insurance claim- there is no other way to do this as that is their rules and we will have to wait their time limits.
