It has a HOLLOW center that goes all the way thru that is full of Dozens and Dozens of PERFECTLY formed shiny Calcite crystals with a light Translucent HEMATITE coating....neat! This piece has a great shape and polish on BOTH Sides with very contrasting colors and a neat lighting like pattern!
The Crystals and center are Calcite, the lightning like lines are Aragonite and the outside is Limestone. Please note that it is WAY nicer in person as it is very difficult to get all of the detail and TRUE colors to show up in the photos.
