Jeffrey Evans had placed a small “rare?” Post-it on this manual. That note is an interesting part of the archive history; the stronger buyer-facing claim here is that this is scarce early proprietary Boeing Vertol technical literature, not an absolute census-level rarity claim.
Jeffrey C. Evans (1945–2025) was a Southern California helicopter historian, researcher and professional helicopter photographer, a long-term member of the Vertical Flight Society and Vertical Aviation International, and co-author with Robert S. Petite of The Bell 47 Helicopter Story. His archive preserved photographs, manuals, company literature and technical documents covering military, commercial and experimental rotorcraft.
