This majestic Eagle piebird measures nearly 5” talland has painted accents – with excellentdetail on the wings. The design for this pie bird was inspired by BobbyFields. I thought the red and blue Eagle looked really nice together so Iadded the extra photo so you can see for yourself ~ this sale is for theBLUE eagle. He is marked with theDiamond B on the front and is made of ceramic, not glass. Boyd Glassstarted making pie birds in 1998 and began with Debbie the Duck (named aftertheir daughter). They were not made atthe Boyd factory; they were made offsite by another company. The Boyd Factory and showroom closed in 2014; they enjoyed over 36 years of successful glassmaking.
