Up for sale is a vintage W.R. Case & Sons \"Red Imp\" No. 133 straight razor, made in the U.S.A.
The tang is stamped \"133 RED IMP / TRADE MARK\" on one side and \"MADE IN U.S.A. / BY CASE\" on the other — both are shown clearly in the photos.
Red scales with the embossed Red Imp figure and \"RED IMP TRADE MARK\" lettering, crisp and bright.
The blade is clean and bright with a square point. There is one small spot on the blade face, visible in the close-up photo — please look at all photos.
IMPORTANT: This razor has NOT been honed by the seller and is not sold as shave-ready.
It comes in the Cleveland Cutlery Co. (Solingen-Germany) coffin box it was stored in — that box is not an original Case box.
From a vintage barber college kit (Tri-City Barber College, Knoxville, Tenn.).
Shipping: the blade will be secured closed for safe shipping.
