These are authentic vintage promotional materials, not reproductions. The original paper inserts were printed on standard paper stock and exhibit natural age-related yellowing and discoloration. The Webster Hall sticker also shows some age but remains in great overall condition.
Plus, a special archival addition
For the first time, I am including an original business card belonging to Joseph M. Monks, who also wrote under the pseudonym Michael Patricks.
Joe kept his box of these cards from back in the day. He rarely distributed them, and most weren't aware of the pseudonym. Most remained in his personal archives, making this an unusual piece of his professional writing history.
PROVENANCE
All items come directly from the personal collection and archives of my late husband, Joseph M. Monks, co-creator of Cry for Dawn.
These materials were personally retained by Joe and have remained in his collection for decades.
CONDITION
The comics are ungraded. Please examine all photographs carefully for condition and printing details.
The original promotional materials show varying degrees of age-related wear, including some yellowing consistent with their age and original paper stock.
All 10 pieces pictured are included in this collection.
