NOTE: We are not responsible for missing accessories and/or any other issue with sold out factory sealed items, since they are factory sealed in the brown shipping container, these situations are out of our control and replacements or exchanges are no longer available from the manufacturer. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in original, new, factory sealed condition. If you have opened the item, it is yours to keep and we cannot accept your return. You will be responsible for all shipping costs back to us. Once we have the item back in our possession and have determined that it is 100% new/sealed condition, we will refund 100% of the original purchase price of the item.
