The front cover gives Abbey Chase center stage, dual pistols drawn, surrounded by the battered hardware of the adventure. The wraparound artwork continues across the back cover into a full battlefield composition populated by the rest of the cast. This is one where both covers absolutely belong in the photo sequence; together they make substantially more sense than either does alone.

This is an especially attractive pickup for J. Scott Campbell collectors. Danger Girl is foundational Campbell material rather than a later guest cover or variant appearance—the exaggerated action, expressive faces and highly stylized figure work are the actual visual language upon which much of his subsequent collector following was built.
