Plain talk: this is a genuine key — the recalled error variant of Dazzler's first solo #1.
Condition
Graded conservatively at Very Fine. Full disclosure on the flaws: a half spine roll is present, there is spine stress, and a reader's crease on the cover — all visible in the photos. The book is complete and unpressed. I never overgrade and never doctor photos — my black-background shots show every edge so you can judge condition yourself.

Why This One Matters
Recalled books are a finite population: once the error was caught, this variant was pulled — survivors are all that will ever exist. This is the error variant of Dazzler's first solo #1, with pages 24 and 25's color ads printed in black and white, drawn by John Romita Jr. in his early Marvel years. Error and recall collectors chase exactly this kind of book, and as a first-issue key with a genuine production story, it stands apart from the standard printing.
Great For
- Error / recall variant collectors — a genuine recalled printing-error book
- Dazzler completists — the first solo #1 in its rarest form

- Bronze Age Marvel key hunters — 1981 first issues with a production story
