These 3 pieces are in excellent condition. The pine needles on the tree look a little worn.
The highest point is the tree on the dog house at 6.25” tall.
The power can come from an adapter, which was not included in the set, or 2 C batteries which are not included. The compartment is very clean.
The sleeve is in great condition except for a little shelf wear.
The styrofoam is in great condition.
