Dugan Marigold Carnival Glass Long Thumbprint 3 1/2\" Creamer & Sugar Bowl Set 1905–1931

This set is in Excellent Antique Condition with No Chips, No Cracks, and No Flea Bites. NOTE: There is light shelf wear and minor base wear consistent with age. The iridescence is strong and even, showing a rich marigold color throughout. Displays beautifully.

This Carnival glass piece is from a lifetime collection of well over a thousand pieces of Carnival Glass collected over the years. We were very lucky to be able to purchase over 180 pieces from this collection and make them available to our buyers.

ITEM DESCRIPTION

This is a beautiful Dugan Carnival Glass creamer and sugar set in the Long Thumbprint pattern, finished in a vibrant marigold iridescent color. The set features a paneled body with elongated thumbprint impressions and a scalloped rim, along with applied handles on both pieces.

The interior and exterior both display strong iridescence, with warm gold, orange, and subtle rainbow tones that shift in the light. The base shows a detailed radiating starburst pattern, typical of Dugan production.

ITEM CONDITION

This creamer and sugar set is in Excellent Antique Condition with No Chips, No Cracks, and No Flea Bites.
NOTE: There is light shelf wear and minor base wear consistent with age. The iridescence remains strong and even. The set is clean and displays exceptionally well.

PATTERN & DESIGN

The Long Thumbprint pattern is known for its vertical elongated impressions that create a textured, paneled appearance. Combined with the marigold iridescent finish, this pattern produces a bold and eye-catching display. The scalloped rim and classic form make this a desirable example of early American Carnival Glass.

 The creamer measures 3 1/2\" High x 3 1/4\" Wide spout to rim and the sugar bowl is 3 1/8\" High x 5 1/8\" Wide handle to handle. I have provided a lot of pictures to best describe the condition of this Creamer & Sugar Bowl.
