1960\'s Fantasy Masterpieces issues 2,3,4,5,6

Condition:

Technically, these comics are Low Grade. At first glance, they have higher visual appeal. From my personal collection, bagged/boarded and stored in a smoke free temperature controlled environment for several decades. See below for detailed list of defects and photos are of actual comic for sale.

NOTE: Issue 5 cover hasbottom of page color/paper lift 2.5cm by 1.3cm due to tape (not obvious at first glance)

Overall Appeal:

These comic books are low grade with a higher visual appeal at first glance. They are Complete with no missing pages, no cut-out coupons, no restoration tape, no personalized signatures/dates on cover, and no water damage. Cover pages are offwhite-white, Gloss is visible, Colors are highly visible, Internal pages supple and offwhite with tanning. Back cover is white/offwhite. Internal pages are off-white with subtle tanning, Staples are securely attached. See photos and detailed defect description below. Please note that natural lighting and screen lighting can make there pictures appear lighter than they actually are. Photos are of the actual book for sale.

-Off-white, subtle tanning, minor dimpling and handling wear, registration off-square 1mm up and to the left

Spine:

-manufacturing color breaking printers registration trim marks (1 to 2mm) on spine 10cm from bottom of page (around 22 of them) plus one at 8mm length

Corners:

-Corner blunting,

Edges: top edge micro trim ink lift, edge softening, micro cracks plus -one 5mm tear, right edge micro trim ink lift, very fine page turn/handling color breaking stress lines, bottom edge micro trim ink lift

Back side of cover:

-off white with tanning

Internal Pages:

-off white

-Off white with tanning, general page minor dimpling and handing stress, general spine ticks/wear but difficult to see due to page tone.

Issue 3:

-Off-white, tanning, minor dimpling and handling wear, registration off-square 1.5mm up and to the right. Paper waving from binding, bend lines, fine color breaking cover creases (not easy to see), color wear and minor stain near cover block upper left corner over “comics group”,

Spine:

-minor spin ticks and wear difficult to see due to tone. Minor spine lift.

Corners:

-Corner blunting, edge softening, Left lower corner crunch

Edges:

-top edge overhang, Left edge trim ink lift, page turn stress wear on upper quadrant, bottom edge overhang and trim ink lift and color breaking very fine bend line near left side.

Back side of cover:

-off white with tanning

- Do not hit the buy button too quickly. First, review my detailed list of defects along with the pictures. Know what you are buying!

- Request more pictures if needed. I always provide pictures of thefront cover, back of the front cover, inside pages, centerfold, staples, back cover, back of back cover, and any major defects. No one likes being surprised.

- Ask questions: ask before you buy, not afterwards.

- I encourage you to compare my pictures with other items for sale on from other sellers that are the same exact issue. Compare the one I have for sale with one from another seller that looks better, worse, and similar. My comic may or may not be right for you, but I will always be transparent with any defect I find in my books.
