This 50+ year old cap is unused but looks like it was pressed yesterday. My zoom pics show an almost perfect example for your collection display. I found this history on the cap manufacturer. Maker\'s Mark: The name \"Zapata\" is commonly stamped along the crimped skirt (the side or outer edge) of vintage and mid-century crown bottle caps as the company\'s identifying manufacturer\'s mark, separate from the beverage brand\'s artwork on top.
