A FOUNDER'S GRADE CUTTING IRON for a Storke's Patent lever adjust block plane by the Metallic Plane Company, Auburn, New York. This cutter has a gear rack type attached to the back to engage the depth of cut adjustment lever. It retains its original tropical hardwood "pusher" handle that secures with two screws to the top of the cutting iron.
