Plates were made in 1997 and bought at the Gien factory store in FranceThese plates have not been used and, as a result, have no utensil marks (but perhaps some random scratches from packing, moving, storing multiple times)
***The Gien tableware comes from our personal family collection obtained while living in France in the 1990\'s. We would visit the factory frequently and bought many sets over the years. Some are seconds, some overruns, some samples, some special editions, etc. There are no obvious flaws on these plates. Due to downsizing and space, this pattern (and many more) will be posted in the near future. If there are specific pieces or patterns of interest, please message me.
