We only carry authentic and licensed items, no knockoffs or fakes. The product that we list as new, is exactly that. New (ungraded) items are in original factory sealed packaging. They are NM to Mint condition or C8 or higher unless otherwise stated. Plus, many of our rare vintage toys are professionally graded so that collectors can buy with confidence.

At Appleseed, we carefully package all items and ship them in sturdy boxes, not envelopes or bubble mailers. Then packages are usually shipped out within 24 hours of payment clearing. Most packages are shipped the same day or first thing the next morning. Because we are centrally located in the US, many of our packages arrive within 2-3 days nationwide. Every item includes tracking and is fully insured. Expensive items are mailed with signature confirmation. We mail directly through shipping service only using the labels they provide. We do not alter addresses on labels which guarantees 100% accuracy. International packages are mailed directly through international shipping. Any concerns on our worldwide shipments is handled through them. Some of our items are able to ship USPS First Class International or Priority Mail International. If the package is returned to us for any reason we may refund the item but not the shipping costs. Please be aware of your customs laws and do not order items that are prohibited in your country.
