during the mid century period. The world was getting smaller
and in the postwar period, more Americans were able
to see how people were living in other countries and they cultivated their
tastes away from Early Colonial or American and welcomed
Danish Modern in its many flavors and incarnations! Here is a very tall and dignified Danish Modern lamp
with sculptured accents in brown, gold and earthy hues.In very fine condition with some age wear to the plaster and
wood base. Has a three way socket and works very well.Danish Modern lamps almost always create a visual harmony
between nature and machine. Whether it be handcrafted woodwork
or earthenware, the Danish style brings a welcoming warmth to living spaces.A wonderful lamp that provides big illumination to great living spaces!A M I D C E N T U R Y T R E A S U R E F O R Y O U R D I S T I N G U I S H E D I N T E R I O R S text, images and descriptions Copyright GALLERY 20TH. 2027.
