A new handmade Orthodox panagia depicting the Holy Face of Jesus Christ, also known as the Image Not Made by Hands or Mandylion.
The panagia is individually hand carved from natural pear wood. Its detailed relief, traditional ornamentation, and warm natural wood tone give it a dignified ecclesiastical appearance.
A wax oil finish enhances the natural grain and color of the pear wood.
This specialized pectoral icon is intended for Orthodox ecclesiastical use and may be suitable as a meaningful gift for a bishop, hierarch, abbot, or senior clergyman.
