This was an estate sale find and I don\'t know much at all about it, except it is really, really pretty!

• Signed \'Rachael 1990\'
• The backside has one thing on it \'RV\'
• The gold is heavily textured that you can feel when you touch it with your fingers.
• I can\'t tell to be honest if the floral part is also hand painted by \'Rachel\' or if it was purchased like that and she added the gold? I \'THINK\' the entire plate was hand painted and is a one of a kind -can\'t find another one like it when searching the internet...
