The last photo is a representation of what the village looked like partially set up. I have never had the whole village set up, but that is the only photo I have of it set up. As a disclaimer, the shelf is not included...only the village.
All pieces are complete. If they came with accessories, they are included.
The original box and packaging is not included, with the exception of the four pictured pieces. I have the COA for every piece.

A few of the oldest pieces have some yellowing to the sparkly snow. They have been primarily kept in storage over the past 5 years and have only been displayed once. The blue tote they are held in goes with the sale if you take the lot.
All of the buildings are wrapped in bubble wrap, and the accessories for each issue is wrapped inside the bubble wrap with it.
