This gorgeous Herkimer Diamond Quartz cluster is from The Herkimer Diamond Mine KOA Resort in Middleville, New York!
It measures 3.54 inches in length and is comprised of a main crystal with about 10 smaller gems attached . The main crystal is somewhat cloudy and has minor inclusions of golden Iron oxide, while the rest of the crystals have spectacular clarity and luster. Light smoky phantoms, large internal rainbows, and minor inclusions of black Hydrocarbon throughout. Sharp edges and terminations. There is one damaged face on the back side and one of the terminations has a tiny chip missing, but this specimen is in excellent condition overall.
As with most Herkimer Diamond cluster of this size, some reconstruction was required to prepare it. Mined by hand in the Summer of 2026.
