Up for sale is How to Win Compliments for Your Cooking! This vintage advertising cookbook was published in 1948 by the Wesson Oil & Snowdrift Sales Company! This is a 100 page softcover cookbook filled with recipes for Salads, Salad Dressings, Entrees, Vegetables, Breads, Pies, Cakes and Icings, Cookies, Sauces, and Desserts. The cookbook measures about 8½” x 6½” and includes many color and b&w photos. As shown in the photos, the cookbook is in good condition for its age with a little normal paper wear. It is missing the cover and is otherwise complete and securely stapled to its centerfold. The cookbook has nice clean pages with a small corner tear and no writing, creases, or large rips or tears. This vintage Wesson Oil advertising cookbook would make a great addition to your collection!
