Japanese Cherry Bark Kabazaiku 3-Piece Nesting Box Set Fujiki Denshiro Akita For Sale

Set of three nesting lidded boxes handcrafted in the traditional Japanese art of kabazaiku (cherry bark craftwork), by Fujiki Denshiro of Kakunodate, Akita Prefecture — a craft tradition dating back roughly 220 years to the samurai era. Each box is finished in polished wild cherry bark with the natural bark texture and grain visible, and bears the original Fujiki maker’s label. “Made in Japan” stickers are present on two of the boxes. Largest box measures approximately 5” wide (see ruler photo). Boxes nest inside one another and lids lift off. Shows light general wear consistent with age/vintage use — please review photos for condition.
