Japanese kintsugi a pair of antique porcelain soba choko cups: $280.00
This is a pair of antique old Imari soba choko cups made in the late Edo period. They are designed of the "Shochikubai"—pine, bamboo, and plum—which are symbols of good fortune. As both cups had a chip, and one also had a crack, I repaired them using the traditional Japanese kintsugi technique.Naturally, no chemical materials were used; I used natural lacquer, 23K gold powder, and natural materials. There are slight differences in size, but their unique charm. They also will be a wonderful gift.diameter 8.5cmheight 6.8cm/7.2cm
