This house is still in great condition however I believe the finials at the peak of each roof are missing. I point them out in photos. The bulb and light fixture are currently working however, I do not guarantee that by the time this is shipped that they will work. Lightbulbs as well as light fixtures are vulnerable to Jocelyn during shipping while I am, including this in the listing, I cannot guarantee that the bulb will not continue to work nor will the fuse. This is why the house is priced at the current price because I do not want to disappoint you if the light fixture ends up not working by the time it is shipped.
