Lot of 7 slides showing my one and only encounter with BNSF 9647, known as the vomit bonnet by some. It was leading a westbound CSX coal train when it stopped at 2 dog crossing(CR 71) because an NS train broke down over the diamond in St Joe. Then Q165 pulled up next to it and the crew of 165 got off and went into the 9647 to BS until the line got cleared up. All of this allowed me to get six different shots of the 9647 and its train as it was sitting there parked. The last shot was taken in St Joe itself as the train finally got to head west. All shots were taken October 21, 2000
This is an original slide taken by Chris Howe himself or from his personal collection, the image is a low res scan and the actual slide is much sharper and clearer looking. Shipping costs will be $2 no matter how many slides you buy, so if you buy 2 or 10 its still $2.
