THE JAGUAR FAMILY
The Jungle, from the days of Kipling to today, has always been a source of inspiration for adventurers and pioneers alike. Inspired by the abundant and exuberant tropical vegetation of monsoon countries in India inhabited by the law of the jungle. The jungle is symbolized by the Jaguar, an emblem of strength and power. According to ancient Mayan beliefs, every day the sun went down in the West, it was swallowed by the night and would have to fight against fierce Jaguars to continue on its path towards the East to rise again in the morning. Rene Lalique\'s famous animal collection continues to grow with the arrival of the Jaguar, sculpted in satin-finished crystal, a symbol of power and strength. The grace of its feline movement and spotted markings of its fur make it a true chef-d\'oeuvre, reflecting the savoir-faire of the master glassmakers of Lalique.
Lalique sculptures are intricately designed, with meticulous attention to detail and exceptional craftsmanship. Each sculpture is a masterpiece, made from the finest quality crystal and carefully handcrafted by Lalique\'s expert artisans.
A fine example of Lalique\'s Art Deco styling and animals in motion, and certain to be an enchanting centerpiece set for your entertaining space.
