There may be some shelf wear on the box, but the shop is in original new condition.***PLEASE NOTE: The condition described is what I believe it is based on my mother\'s buying habits. If there are any questions, please ask before buying or let me know so I can update it. My mom was the expert and as I can no longer ask her for confirmation on each item, I\'ve described to the best of my knowledge.
***REMINDER - There are many small pieces attached to most Lemax houses/shops and they can and sometimes do come off in shipping, no matter how well packed the piece is - they were glued on by the manufacturer to start with, they can usually be easily be re-glued on by you should any of them come off. This is standard with smaller pieces to ensure an entire building doesn\'t get broken should a small piece come off.
