Beautiful Porcelaine Limoges Castel France hinged porcelain egg-shaped trinket box featuring a festive holly and red berry design.
The white porcelain egg is decorated with green holly leaves and red berries and is finished with ornate gold-tone metal trim, a decorative floral clasp, and three raised gold-tone feet. The hinged lid opens to a clean white porcelain interior.
The underside bears the Porcelaine Limoges Castel France maker's mark.
Condition: Pre-owned vintage condition. Porcelain appears very nice with no obvious chips or cracks visible. The gold-tone metal trim and feet show age-related patina, discoloration, and surface wear, particularly around the rim/hinge area. Please review all photos closely as they are part of the condition description.
