Lot 2pc vintage Chesapeake & Ohio Chessie card & Illinois Central 1928 rule book For Sale

Two old railroad items - card was with the book, even though it is from a different railroad. The business card features Chessie and is from the Chesapeake and Ohio Lines. Phone number is a four digit number. There are pencil markings on the back indicating that Illinois Central is to loan something to another railroad and then a list of times, so apparently the card is from a meeting between railroad officials.
The book is in very worn condition but is still all together because it has the old durable type sewn binding. 127 pages. A couple of pages have an attached addendum/rule change/correction. Book is numbered in front.
Buyer to pay $5.75 shipping. I will package carefully in a box and ship promptly.
