1. Do they strike? Yes, very well actually. Better than they should for safety matches. In my opinion, these are the best strike on box matches I've ever had, if allows the video you can see me striking one from a box in the same case as these on the table in my office.2. Why are you selling them? Well, I bought a pallet of these a few years ago and am selling off the excess. I actually use these and don't consider them as part of my rare collection.
3. Are they valuable? No, not really, but if you like old school matches and want some that work like they used to, these are great for that.
