These two booklets were published by The Genesse Pure Food Co. in Le Roy, N.Y. The Jell-O America’s Most Famous Dessert 18 page booklet contains many recipes from the time using Jello-O. The rare Jell-O Ice Cream Powder 4 page addition is attached with string thru a punched hole is the booklets. Both booklets are complete and are in very nice condition for their age.
