Up for sale is a complete collection lot of seven (7) authentic, vintage WWII-era American Red Cross "Pro Patria" Blood Donor lapel pins. These historic pieces were distributed to civilian home front donors during World War II (circa 1941–1945) to support military field hospitals.
Each pin features a detailed central shield/crest design with stars and stripes, bordered by the classic Latin text "Pro Patria" (For One's Country) and "American Red Cross Blood Donor."
**Condition Details:**
* **Front:** Excellent vintage condition with a beautiful, natural aged patina. The stamped details and lettering remain crisp and legible across all 7 pieces.
* **Back:** All 7 pins are structurally sound and complete with their original, functioning safety-pin style metal clasps (none are broken, bent, or missing parts).
* **Maker Marks:** Stamped on the reverse with the authentic manufacturer hallmark: **"B.S. CO. N.Y. PAT. PEND."** (Bastian Specialist Company, New York).
