MONTBLANC Meisterstück No. 149 Fountain Pen 14C Gold Fine Nib ServicedGerman for "Masterpiece," the Meisterstück No. 149 and it's white "snow-cap" logo is a worldwide symbol of luxury and quality. Being Montblanc's flagship model, the 149 is easily recognizable by it's large, cigar-shaped body and the impressive#9 sized nib attached to it. A perfect fit for those with larger hands or even thosewho just want a bigger pen, the Montblanc No. 149 truly is a "Masterpiece" of German design.

This pen has been serviced by our pen repair team here at G.C. Murphy. The nib unit has been sealed using pure silicone grease sealant to prevent leaks and the piston unit has been lubricated to ensure proper filling action. Serviced pens come with a 90-Day Warranty against any workmanship defects.

Montblanc 149 fountain pens can be dated by identifying a few key differences between the nibs and feeds. This pen was produced sometime between 1985 and 1988 due to the 14K two-one nib, split ebonite feed and Germany mark on the cap band.
