MacKenzie-Childs Highbanks collection is handcrafted in the technique of the ancient Mughal embroidery, handed down from generation to generation since the twelfth century. The threads used in the embroidery are silver-coated copper that are dyed to achieve the look of an heirloom. Hand-dyed velvet combined with our signature Courtly Check® fabric and embroidered with our iconic thistle motif create a unique collection to be cherished.
