Grooves on shelves to secure chips and coins. Grooves provide a gripping at the bottom so the coins will not slide down flat. chips stand slanted. It is NOT for the chips to insert and stand straight. The chips/coins are NOT slant the same angle unless the thicknesses are the same. So, we do recommend putting chips of the same thickness on the same row. Shelf space fits most Matchbooks. Please also measure your collection to make sure.
