Miniature pin cushion half doll.Made in Germany.She is a blushing bride - only 1-7/8" high.Holding a bouquet of roses and wearing a green-trimmed vail.Marked GERMANY on the lower back side (kind of hard to read in the picture, it's so tiny).Also has numbers on each side of the hole above GERMANY. I think they are a 4, to the left, and a 9, to the right.No chips but she has some "extra" porcelain on her right cheek (maybe too much rouge? LOL).
