Authentic Miocene EraMegalodon Shark Tooth Fossilon a vintage mounted base
This stunning Megalodon tooth is of great quality, with mottled brownish-red spotting and dark tan coloration. This piece is from the estate of a collector. Although I do not know the full history of the piece, there does not appear to be any repairs or restoration. The bourlette and root are in excellent condition.
The tooth itself is approximately 2\" tall x 1.5\" wide.
The tooth and stand are approximately 6.5\" tall and 2.5\" wide.
This would make an excellent addition to any fossil collector, or, would start a collection with a quality piece.
