PATTERN & DESIGN

The Pony pattern features a raised profile of a horse head in the center surrounded by a decorative Greek key style border. The design is framed by a deeply ruffled rim which enhances the iridescent carnival finish. The bold relief and strong color make this a striking display piece and a favorite among modern carnival glass collectors.

This example was produced by Mosser Glass for noted carnival glass dealer and promoter Gary Levi beginning in the early 2000s. Pieces from this collaboration were made in limited production runs and are actively collected today.
