Classic piece of New York City subway history. Rare - belongs in a museum or private collection.Similar one in the NYC Transit Museum.Believe manufactured by Ingersoll Rand Company in late 1800s.Used to chop paper subway tickets in stations until phased out in 1920s.
Good used condition commensurate with age and years of public use.Cracked flat glass panel on the backside.
