Named ID\'d US Army Officer Blue Dress Uniform Pants Grouping Joint Chiefs Staff For Sale

Up for sale is a uniform grouping named to Dick T. LeClere (1935-2019) a US Army officer who retired at the rank of Colonel. He graduated from the United States Military Academy, West Point, class of 1959. Among his military awards and decorations were the Defense Superior Service Medal; Bronze Star Medal w/ \"V\" valor device; Legion of Merit; Meritorious Service Medal; Air Medal; and Army Commendation Medal. Unfortunately I haven\'t been able to find out to much more information about his career.
Included in the grouping is his original Army blue dress uniform with original collar insignia as well as both the Army Staff Identification Badge and the Joint Chiefs of Staff Identification Badge. The Joint Chiefs badge is accompanied by the original framed award document. Also included are the blue dress pants which are named to him and dated 1959, likely bought right after his graduation from West Point.
